Gardenseason always reminds me of my Dad.

Dad s' garden provided the entire neighborhood
with food & i got to pick it. YE! ha!
I told him once on a 100+ degree day if they wanted green beans they could pick them their own damn selves - wrong thing to say - I picked the beans and the water in my eyes made it tuff!

Tuff love was what my Dad handed out before tuff love was cool. Tuff love is what needs to be used from the time we are toddlers. When you are raised with tuff love, you respect and love your parents more.

more each day I miss them so
sometimes, I don't know which way to go
if they were only here I know they'd show
me which way to go, so I didn't feel so low
their in Heaven, and it's up to me to bestow
the things they taught me to use here below!

Below my eyelids, tears you will see
when I think of my loved ones that have gone ahead of me.

NASCAR drivers seem to be friendly.

friendly is not all they are,even though racing has changed drastically most of'm are still 'good'ol boys'. It's that southern blood in most of'm.

Of'm I don't have any favorites or watch the races.

Appreciated all of the warm blankets this winter.

Winter is gone in 12 more days
I can't wait till there's ways
to spend time outdoors with blue jays
and make a garden because it pays
to grow your own vegetables & fruit
by doing that u can save a lot of 'loot'
and know what your eating to boot!
Mow the grass, plow the garden,it's not work
if you enjoy it, you surely won't 'urk'
cause it helps pass the days
& 'U' feel good about doing it
so don't go throwing a fit
do some each day-a miss & hit
there'll we plenty of time to sit
when "U' get tired rest for a bit
& if all else fails,get a lil lit!
