Well, the increase in ticket prices goes into effect this Sunday, billed as the "Manning" bowl. Do you reckon they will play better with the increased prices? Last Sunday was not a good omen, in my opinion.
Where will it stop?? That's $152.00 for 4 cheap seats. You would be lucky to get by for $200 just to see one football game by the time you figure in food, gas, souvenirs, etc.

Well the D played 1 quarter that being the 1st and had a good goal line stand late in the second. The D was way to worried about giving up the big one and let the Aints pass 7 yarders all night long! The O stank after the 1st quarter too! The Colts ran the ball great. The Aints played to win, the Colts just didnt play! Maybe they was to rested, or thought after the 1st quarter they had it in the bag? LOL
What a huge blow to the Colts D if Freeney is unable to play in the Superbowl. Colts are currently +5.5 favorites, my opinion without Freeney that goes down by at least 3 maybe even 5 points as Freeney is a huge huge impact player on D and worthy of saving countless points! A figure nobody can really create a stat for, but no doubt he is worth -5 points a game! Without him it will be tougher but I still think the Colts have the edge on D, on O they are pretty close. The Colts will need a decent run game like last week as well. They did a great job against the NFLs top D and finger flipper Rex Ryan!
Yes he is always learning even on the sideline. Look at all those other qbacks watching their team on D. 18 spends his time studying! I bet you he reviews ever film from every single game played all year in the off season. Peytime has a huge advantage over most people growing up a qbacks son. Porky, I agree with your analogy of Peyton Manning. From what I heard, he studied the pictures Sunday after he was sacked and suddenly remembered that Baltimore had used the same defense against them in , (I believe) 2004.

I agree dinger that is if the offense plays like they did in the second ½ last night. Indy has a huge edge having many key players already playing in a SB. Indy is 3.5 point favorite. The Aints barely beat some real turd teams this year and lost to some too. Indy has been very consistent from day one! Indy comes from the toughest division with a combined total wins of 38. Oh and Indy has, if not the greatest quarterback ever, definitely the smartest ever! He will figure out how to break the Aints! I guess Polian wins this round. They won when the chips were on the line. After watching the two games yesterday, I do not think (in my singular opinion)that either the Vikings or the Saints can keep up with them.

OK we now know we are playing the Ravens on Saturday night. I am confused. Why did the teams that won on Sunday have to play on one day's less rest and give the last Saturday's winners an extra day. Don't tell me that the NFL is trying to fix things!!!!!!!!!
Historically, the teams that play on Monday night do not win or more importantly don't cover the spread on the next sunday.

Porky, I couldn't agree with you more. I was on my way to a meeting last night and 97.1 HankFM has a Bill Polian call in show on Monday nights. He was chastising callers who questioned the game on Sunday. He stated that his goal was a Super Bowl and he didn't care if the fans didn't like his instructions for Sunday's game. He was not going to play players with injuries. One caller asked him if all of the players suffered injuries at the same time. He did not have an answer for that, just that he wasn't going to jeopardize anyone for a perfect season. That was not his goal. What a jerk!!!!!!!!
The love I have for my sons, to have a chance of a lifetime to witness history in the making and our first time to watch a game at Lucas and in a lower level suite at that, this is a travesty! No way could I ever afford tickets like that yet my Sister and her Husband bought these for us as a Christmas gift, then to see the disappointment on my boys face was something I will never forget as a fan! That was by far the premium gift of the year! The Colts sell a product and I expect a good product as a consumer but to be shafted like that is appalling! I mean they don’t care, sold out playoffs, sold out next home season with a waiting list, so why would they care. I think any politician that supported this BS stadium should demand an apology at the very least but nothing can erase what they pissed away not even a refund! What a laugh! Tax payers pay to build the Colts home. Fans pay outrageous prices for tickets and get to watch a game of Arena League Material players play! A referee in the NBA tosses games and goes to jail, Pete Rose bet on baseball and gets a lifetime ban, the Colts tank a game and no repercussions? How is that any different? The Jets rivals have every right to demand an investigation! The sad part is the Jets play the Bengals next who also have nothing to play for so I wonder if they plan on lying down as well. I hope the Jets win and beat the Bengals in the 1st round and become the lowest seed and then face the Colts and beat them! I would laugh my a$$ off!
